Who can you trust on the Internet? I mean we have all heard stories and seen cartoons about someone describing themselves as 24 years old, gorgeous, long wavy blond hair and you see an old man at the keyboard. This is Internet selling! You have no idea who the person is or of that company. Many are only websites with supposed ratings of equipment and it just so happens that what they rate the highest, they also sell. Hmmmmm

It is Our Business

Making that buying decision about your treadmill, elliptical or home gym is a daunting one. If you go on the web you will find so many websites that make claims about certain brands that they happen to sell and claim how good they are. But those sites are basically that, only websites, without a sales floor or office.

Many even make a sale and email the manufacturer to drop ship to your house. You buy this way? More than likely you will be sorry!

Why are the supposed DIRECT manufacturers the same price as what you will find at a dealer? I mean aren't they supposed to be cheaper since you are buying direct? Well the truth is, they are keeping the margin that the dealer would make only to pay it out to a repair service (washing machine repair guy) later.

You see we are fitness manufacturers that support the SPECIALTY FITNESS market. As we see more Internet ripoffs we are aware that this leaves a black mark in the fitness market. We don't want customers to have a bad experience trying to choose a fitness machine. Only a SPECIALTY FITNESS dealer can help you choose the proper machine.

 Who We Are

This site was created through collaboration of fitness manufacturers to help balance the information on the Internet. We are manufacturers develop, pay for research and development and created this industry. It is about time that we battle the onslaught of misinformation on the Internet. It is time that we got together to help educate the end customers about the quality of who they are buying from.

We are trying to set-up a Fitness Dealers and Manufacturers Association. To help curtail the misinformation on the Internet which is out of control. Can this be done?

We do not sell anything but we do represent a large part of the fitness industry.  Manufacturing, wholesale and retail.

More manufacturers and dealers will come on board over time. For now use this site for some sound advice on the pitfalls of buying blind over the internet. Or buying something because of the supposed BEST buy rating only to find that it isn't everything you thought it would be.

We aren't here to berate anyone. This site is meant to share some information regarding dealers. Ratings can change at anytime. Dealers open stores, add lines or take care of past issues.
